Shipping policy

All orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. This may change during peak times, weekend orders which may cause delays. 

All items are sent from Sydney, NSW and delivery times will vary, depending on your location, and peak seasons. Typically, standard shipping will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

At the moment, Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery (this one is out of our hands). Although next day delivery is not guaranteed, usually items will be received within 1 to 2 business days.

You will be provided with a tracking number when you make your purchase. so you can check in as your package makes its way to you.

In the rare event that your item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. Factors such as time of year (for example Christmastime) or your location may cause delivery delays, but we will do everything we can to communicate this to you and get your item to you as soon as possible.

Standard shipping 2 - 8 business days charged $10.00 AUD Australia Wide

Express shipping is charged at $15.00 AUD Australia wide

*International shipping to US is charged based on weight starting at $35.00 AUD*
